Dalton Luong is Manager of Valuation at Eton Venture Services, responsible for oversight of a variety of valuation engagements, including business enterprises, intangible assets, and purchase price allocations.
He also provides technical guidance and reviews valuation models and reports for compliance with applicable standards. Alongside the leadership team, he identifies and grows new business opportunities for the firm.
Dalton joined the firm from PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a Senior Associate within the Deals practice. In this role he led valuation analyses for high-profile acquisition transactions and conducted comprehensive financial analysis and valuation modeling. Prior to that he was a Business Valuation Associate on the Economic Valuation Services team at KPMG.
Dalton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in Finance from Seattle University’s Albers School of Business and Economics, graduating Cum Laude.
